President's Welcome

The 2024-25 season of Thursday Musical concerts is about to begin!

Our 133rd season of Thursday Musical Artist Series concerts starts with a free concert 1030am Thursday, October 10th at MacPhail Center for Music. Fourteen live concerts are scheduled from October to April, concluding with the TM Young Artists Winners Concert on Saturday afternoon, April 26th. And, as we did last season, we are pleased to present two evening concerts at Richfield Lutheran Church.

Thursday Musical showcases fine musicians on the concert stage, at community concert venues, and at home concerts throughout the Twin Cities. Truly, Thursday Musical plays an important role in the musical life of our community! We present great concert music to live audiences, and we support young, upcoming musicians through our annual scholarship competition. A total of $24,000 was awarded to 34 award winners last spring!

It is so wonderful to be a part of a lively performing arts organization. I know you agree!
