This season the thirteen Artist Series concerts will include for your enjoyment several themed concerts including: The Legacy of Dominick Argento; Music for Two, American Dreams; Piano Extravaganza; and Just Among Friends, Beloved Chamber Music. Eleven concerts will be presented at the MacPhail Center for Music and two at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in South Minneapolis, including a themed evening concert, A Night at the Opera!

Please join us for some musical fellowship and a free Opening Concert at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, September 26, 2019 at the MacPhail Center for Music. Bring a friend! There will be a pre-concert Silver Tea reception at 9:30 a.m.Enjoy some treats while visiting. Season subscriptions may be purchased at this time, while those who previously have purchased a season subscription can pick up their season tickets. In August both the season and student brochures were mailed out.

Thursday Musical is unique as, presently and throughout its history, its many programs are created by the collaboration of its member musicians and music lovers. Thanks to the many members of our volunteer board who make this season of concerts possible, including new members Tara Priolo, VP Artist Series; Grace Heatherington-Tilka, Salon Series chair; Brian DeYoung, VP student section; and usher co-chairs Arianna Wegley and Matthew Harikian!
