Pianist Susan Hellerud retired in 2017 after serving for fifty-one years on the piano faculty of MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis.  Throughout her long teaching career she been a performing artist member of Thursday Musical, and has also served as organist in several Twin Cities area churches. Since 1996 Susan has curated and performed a series of benefit concerts which provide two piano scholarships each year to gifted young piano students at MacPhail. She continues to perform frequently as a soloist and chamber musician.

Prior to his forty year tenure with the Minnesota Orchestra, retired principal clarinet Joseph Longo came to Minneapolis from the Milwaukee Symphony. A Chicago  native, he began his career as a member of the Chicago Lyric Opera Orchestra followed by the Chicago NBC Orchestra. He then toured Europe for two years with the renowned Seventh Army Symphony. Joseph also served for twenty five years in the orchestra of the Twin Cities Catholic Chorale.  Following his retirement from the Minnesota Orchestra he played many seasons with the Civic Orchestra of Minneapolis and is an active performer of chamber music. 

Megan Monahan Wallace has been a member of Thursday Musical since 1998. She grew up in Butte Montana, and earned degrees from Eastman under Nelita True, and a D.M.A. from the University of MN under Lydia Artymiw. She has adjudicated and performed in Minnesota, Indiana, Washington, Texas and Montana and presented at the 2012 MMTA state convention. She has performed the five Beethoven concerti with the Mayo Clinic chamber symphony. She met her husband, Dr. Christopher Wallace at Eastman. They reside in St. Louis Park and maintain Wallace Piano and Organ Studios there with their 14 yr. old springer Spaniel, and a Bernese Mountain Dog.

Christopher Wallace, a native of Atlanta GA, received his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from Eastman School of Music as a student of Dr. Nelita True. He also received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of MN as a student of Lydia Artymiw. Christopher teaches with his wife, Megan, through their private studio, Wallace Piano and Organs Studios, is Music Director/Organist at Our Lady of Grace, Edina MN and is owner of Allen Organs of the Twin Cities, Inc./Allen Organs of Iowa, a Mid-West dealer for Allen Organ Company.
